Da die Piusbruderschaft seit den 1980er Jahren nicht mehr mit der TFP-Sekte zusammenarbeitet, haben sich von Gersdorff und seine Sekte an das "Institut" angehängt. Als ich vor Jahren in Bayerisch Gmain war, hat mir ein noch nicht geweihter Abbe das Buch von Borelli Machado mitgegeben. Da ich gleich erkannt, dass das von der Sekte stammt, habe ich ihn gebeten, ob er mir noch zwei zum Weitergeben mitgeben könne. Das Ganze habe ich dann im Altpapier entsorgt. Außerdem war mir klar, dass die TFP-Sekte mit dem Institut kooperiert. Das passte auch gut zum sehr veräußerlichten Glauben, den das Institut pflegt.

Wenn Pater Zimmer behauptet, dass mit dem Glaubensbekenntnis, das die Priesterbruderschaft St. Pius X. an das moderne Rom sandte, sie erkläre, "was Papst Leo XIV. zu bekennen hat, um mit ihr in Einheit zu sein", dann hat Pater Zimmer die Hauptsache nicht verstanden. Dieses Glaubensbekenntnis soll Leo XIV. daran erinnern, dass er mit dem Konzil die Einheit mit der Tradition der Kirche aufgegeben hat. Und weil er die Einheit mit dem ewigen Rom aufgegeben hat, deshalb hat er auch die Einheit mit der Priesterbruderschaft St. Pius X. aufgegeben, weil diese die Einheit mit dem ewigen Rom bewahrt hat. Das ist doch nicht so schwer zu begreifen, Herr Pater Zimmer.
