Oil is not rare. It is not made from dead dinosaurs. It is the second most common liquid on Earth after water and it is literally the planet’s lifeblood. The entire “fossil fuel” scam was invented by the Rockefellers and the Smithsonian in the late 1800s to create artificial scarcity and jack up prices to insane levels. Oil is abiotic. It is a liquid mineral cooked deep in the Earth’s mantle under crushing pressure and scorching heat.
