Of those eight locations, only three - Saint Rita in Alexandria, Saint John the Beloved in McLean, and Saint Anthony of Padua Mission in Falls Church - received Vatican permission to continue Masses in parish churches. The Argentine Bishops' Conference issued a tribute to the abortion activist Taty Almeida, 95, following her death on June 14.
